Yep, I love you not Alton. I could stay with a tablespoon instead of two, however, because the red wine vinegar is a little harder, I think. Sincerely,

Yummy recipe.
But no you can’t. Sherry vinegar is sweeter than red wine. Way different flavor. But you know, you can use other things to marinade the tofu. Experiment.

What, you didn’t get you shopping list ingrediants before you started preparing this meal? Yes, you can but RWV is not as sweet and has more of a “bite” to it….do you have some honey in the kitchen…..add just a ltttle bit and whisk it well first.

Yes, just cut down on the red wine vinegar and add a little sugar. It should be just fine for your marinade.

balsamic vinegar OR red wine vinegar (Also add a little sugar if you wish.) OR rice vinegar can be substituted for sherry vinegar.
BTW the recipe calls for canola oil, (Please DON’T use canola oil. I’ve done a lot of research on it and its just not Healthy)
Happy cooking
