question Lilmissboots : When these donuts taste still fresh in the morning, or can I let the dough overnight
I use this recipe http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/yeast-doughnuts-recipe/index.html I want to know if I can make the dough and leave overnight and then fry morning or if I can do it at night and roast in the night and were still fresh in the morning Best answer:

Yes, keep refrigerated the dough overnight.

Keep the dough in the fridge and fry it in the morning. If you fry now the doughnuts will not taste very good in the morning.

You should be able to make the dough the night before and retard it in the fridge overnight. You’ll just need to remember to take the dough out of the fridge an hour or so early to warm up before making your donuts. And as a bonus, they may, in fact, be tastier that way.
Whenever you make them, however, if you let them sit for 8-10 hours (overnight or otherwise) they won’t be fresh.
