Betty’s Garlic Grilled New York Strip Steak

In this video, Betty, like garlic grilled New York strip steak done. The steak is a mixture of spices in olive oil and garlic, then seasoned with salt and pepper and grilled to taste on an outdoor grill marinated. Mmm … well! Ingredients (for 2 people): 2 NewYork strip steaks (. Maybe sirloin, ribeye, sirloin, sirloin, fillet or a small square) ¼ cup extra virgin olive 2 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped freshly ground sea salt, to taste freshly ground black pepper to taste pepper steaks Show on a cutting board. You can poke it with a meat mallet if you want softer and thinner. Use your hands, rub both sides of steaks with garlic. Pour ¼ cup of olive oil in a heavy zip-lock bag. Place the steaks in the bag with all the lost pieces of garlic. Close the zip lock bag and work the garlic and oil into the steak out of the bag. Place the bag with the steaks with olive oil and garlic marinade in the refrigerator for about 4 hours or more. Remove steaks, and select all the garlic that stick, so they do not burn when grilled. Let the steaks to room temperature, then place it on an outdoor grill that has been heated. (You can also grill electric cooker, if you prefer.) Cook steaks to your liking, with a pair of pliers to do it halfway of the cooking process. When the steaks are done to your liking, remove the grill and place on a serving well

Sea Bass with Coconut Curry Sauce Ingredients 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 medium onion, thinly sliced 4 garlic cloves, minced 4 teaspoons curry powder 1 t ginger powder 2 13 1/2 to 14 ounce cans unsweetened coconut milk 1 cup chinken stock or canned low-salt chicken broth 2 medium carrots, peeled, cut into matchstick-size pieces cilantro to taste 4 6-ounce sea bass fillets 4 green onions, thinly sliced Preparation Heat oil in heavy medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and curry powder. Saute mixture until onions are translucent, about 4 minutes. Mix in coconut milk and stock; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-high and boil until liquid is reduced to thin sauce consistency, about 50 minutes. Add carrots; simmer until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat; keep warm. Preheat broiler. Place fish on baking; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil fish until just opaque in center, about 8 minutes. Using metal spatula, transfer fish to plates. Spoon sauce over fish.
