Iraqi Kebabs Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef (usually a mixture of beef and lamb) 1 small onion, grated 1/4 cup bread crumbs or flour 1 teaspoon salt pepper 1/2 teaspoon black 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped 14 teaspoon each allspice, ginger, chili, pepper Preparation: Mix all ingredients together.
